Section 24-2.1 - Definition

Section 24-2.1 Definition. Establishment shall mean any place in which entry, membership, goods or services are purchased.

Section 24-2.2 - Prohibited facilities

24-2.2 Prohibited facilities. No establishment shall make facilities available for the purpose of sexual activities where anal intercourse, vaginal intercourse or fellatio take place. Such facilities shall constitute a threat to the public health.

Section 24-2.3 - Closure

24-2.3 Closure. In addition to any other power they may have under any applicable law, ordinance or regulations, the State Health Commissioner, local health officers and local boards of health may close any such facilities or establishments as constituting a public nuisance.
