14-1.100 Supplies and equipment; location. Supplies and equipment, including ice makers and ice storage equipment, are not to be located under exposed or unprotected sewer lines, open stairwells or other sources of contamination. This requirement does not apply to location under automatic fire protection sprinkler heads that may be required by law.
