170.2 Applicability and scope.

This Part shall apply throughout the entire State of New York, except the City of New York, and shall apply to all sources of water supply in the State and classified, under the authority of article 12 of the Public Health Law in Parts 701 through 703 of Title 6 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York, as Classes AA, A, A--special (International boundary waters), AA--special (Lake Champlain drainage basin), AA--special (upper Hudson River drainage basin) and GA.
