17.10 Supervision. It shall be the responsibility of the operator of the mobile home park to see that all facilities are kept in good working order and in good repair. This includes water supply facilities, sewage treatment and disposal facilities, grounds, roadways, and any other facility, appliances, or equipment pertinent to the normal operation of the mobile home park.
