Title: Section 17.8 - Mobile home stands

17.8 Mobile home stands. The mobile home stand shall be improved to provide adequate support for the placement and anchoring of the mobile home in accordance with generally accepted standards. The stand shall not heave, shift or settle unevenly under the weight of the mobile home due to frost action, inadequate drainage, vibration, wind or other forces acting on the structure. The stand shall inhibit the ponding of water under and around the home.
