519.21 Examination of the record after the hearing. The record of the hearing may be examined by the public at the department's office of administrative hearings during normal business hours. However, material which may identify any person as a recipient of public assistance or care is confidential and can be disclosed only to a party, or a party's representative, and may not be redisclosed.
