650.7 Medical convalescent or nursing homes which are incorporated

(annual statistical and financial reports). (a) Medical convalescent or nursing homes which are incorporated shall make an annual statistical report using the first two sections of form WS-31, which consists of three sections as follows:

(1) general information;

(2) service statistics; and

(3) statistics on services rendered by institutions providing temporary shelter care.

This report shall be submitted to the State Department of Social Services within 30 days of the expiration of the fiscal year of the reporting institution.

(b) Medical convalescent or nursing homes which are incorporated, and which are in receipt of public funds, shall make an annual financial report using form WS-32, consisting of two sections as follows:

(1) current income; and

(2) current expense. This report shall be submitted to the State Department of Social Services within 30 days of the expiration of the fiscal year of the reporting institution.
