713-1.2 Pertinent standards. Nursing homes shall comply with all pertinent requirements, technical standards and codes set forth or incorporated by reference into Part 711 of this Title, including, but not limited to, Chapter 19, "Existing Health Care Occupancies", of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code, 2000 edition, as referenced in section 711.2(a) of this Title.
