(a) A person operating a tanning facility shall allow the Department and PIO representatives access to conduct inspections and access to all equipment and records as may be necessary to determine compliance with these rules at any time the facility is in operation.

(b) An inspection fee not to exceed $200 per ultraviolet radiation device will be charged once per biennial licensing period.
